At Ganpati Gold & Silver, we strive to provide high-quality jewellery products. Due to the nature of our products, we maintain a strict no refund policy under most circumstances.
1. No Refund / No Return:
We do not accept returns or provide refunds for any products once sold, except in cases where the product is received in a damaged or defective condition.
2. Damaged or Defective Products:
If you receive a damaged or defective item, you must inform us within 24 hours of delivery by sharing clear photos and an unboxing video as proof.
Without an unboxing video, claims will not be accepted.
3. Replacement Policy:
In case of a valid claim, we will provide a replacement of the same product (subject to availability). Refunds will not be provided.
4. Non-Returnable Items:
All customised, personalised, or used products are non-returnable and non-refundable.
5. Order Cancellation:
Orders once placed cannot be cancelled after dispatch. Cancellation requests before dispatch may be accepted at our sole discretion.
6. Shipping Charges:
Shipping charges are non-refundable under any circumstances.

In rare approved cases, refunds (if any) will be processed within 5-7 business days via the original payment method.
